thermostat was moved less than a year ago by your employee, found out wrong screws were installed incorrectly on thermostat so why should i get charged a service call when your employee made the mistake??????

Even though Comfort Services was not the cheapest bid I got, the educational and detailed sales pitch was very helpful in deciding what A/C I needed and how the install would take place. No pressure tactics. That was worth a little extra money. Service is king in my book and Comfort Services provided that. The techs(Tim and Malcolm) did a great job of installing the AC unit. Very courteous, cleaned up after themselves, were not intrusive in our home and answered all my questions. No hard sells for maintenance agreements after install - good! Would recommend Comfort Services for all your HVAC needs.

cracked heat exchanger on 22 year old system. Had new furnace and A/C put in the next day. Installers took the time to explain everything throughout the day and were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Dan came to my home for a furnace tune up. After seeing something strange in the gas flame color, he went and checked our heat exchange only to find a giant crack in the unit. I have had several people from another company come out and never had they told me that a discoloration in my gas flame could mean there was another problem elsewhere within my furnace. As disheartening as the news was, I am extremely greatful for Dan’s expert knowledge.

I was very impressed with my first experience with Comfort Services. The repairman was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. One of the most thorough A/C checkups I have ever experienced.

We had an entire install. I met the guys at the end of the day. They were almost finished. They answered my questions. We're polite. They did have an operational issue. But after a short time they got it figured out. It's only the first day. So, I will review again at a later date. I do have to say. I knew what I was looking at. And their workmanship was very good. I don't impress easily. And I have to say I was impressed. Thanks
