I like everything about how you go about this. Letting us know ahead of time that he’s coming, telling us a little bit about it him, and then he calls when he is done to report about the results. Very professional. Very happy with your service. Can’t comment on price because I haven’t gotten the bill yet. Hopefully it will be for the $59 inspection fee that I asked for. He quoted me $283 to install a new thermostat but that is way too high.

James and Mike installed a new boiler for me. Very knowledgeable, very professional and very friendly. They took their time, explained/answered all my questions and were very reliable. I will call them again when the need arises.
