We installed a 40 Gallon Bradford White Atmospheric Vent Water Heater for our Crest Hill, IL customer. This water heater includes Vitraglas tank lining, a magnesium anode rod for maximum corrosion resistance, and the Hydrojet Total Performance System for peak efficiency and reduced sediment build-up. Additional standard features include the Advanced ScreenLok Flame Arrestor to prevent ignition of flammable vapors outside the heater, factory-installed heat traps which minimize heat loss through piping, factory-installed true dielectric fittings, pressure/temperature relief valve, "snap-lock" draft diverter, and tamper-proof brass drain valve. 1" non-CFC foam surrounds the tank surface, saving energy by retarding heat loss.

Dunkirk Boiler Install – Root Street in Crest Hill
Comfort Services was called out to because a mouse had caused damage to the system. Upon diagnosis it was found that the mouse had damaged wires causing them to burn and fail. Our technician presented the customer with repair options and due to the age and condition of the system recommended a replacement. Comfort Services replaced the system a new Dunkirk 84% AFUE 150,000 BTU boiler that will be more efficient and run problem free for years to come.

Goodman A/C & Furnace Install – Meer Park Court in Crest Hill
Comfort Services was called for a boiler repair because the system was kicking on but not producing heat. A diagnostic was performed and the system was cutting out after a couple minutes of operation. After testing all components, it was revealed that the inducer motor, pressure switch and flame sensor were faulty. Due to the amount of dirt and debris in the furnace and on the electrical components, the technician presented several options to the customer. Due to the age and condition of the system the customer decided to replace it. Comfort Services installed of a new Goodman 13 SEER A/C system and 80% furnace. This system is covered by a 10-year parts, 30-day labor warranty, and 20-year compressor warranty.

He was on time, polite and knowledge. I would definitely have this company come back for our annual cleaning and repairs if necessary.
I like everything about how you go about this. Letting us know ahead of time that he’s coming, telling us a little bit about it him, and then he calls when he is done to report about the results. Very professional. Very happy with your service. Can’t comment on price because I haven’t gotten the bill yet. Hopefully it will be for the $59 inspection fee that I asked for. He quoted me $283 to install a new thermostat but that is way too high.
