Same Day Amana System Install – S Wright Street in Naperville
A longtime Comfort+ Maintenance Plan member of ours scheduled their annual air conditioner maintenance for their pair of air conditioners. Our tech arrived to their home to find the second floor system extremely low on refrigerant, which was causing the condenser to not turn on. After inspecting the furnace upstairs, we found water damage in the furnace and some flaws on the heat exchanger. The tech arrived and said he doesn’t have the tools to cut and fix the flow damper control on the HVAC. Instead he offered to apply tape on the pipe and charged me an hour for 2 minute job.

I absolutely love your customer service but will be watching closely repairs that are suggested. I was told my furnace was in good shape when you put in my new air conditioner. When the tech came out (who was very nice) he suggested a $400 repair. I am not expecting a suggested repair each time my unit is checked, esp when I’ve been told it’s in great working order.
