Hello 👋🏽 first of all my initial call was taken by the same technician that came out to service my unit. He contacted me to let me know he was on the way, he arrived early which was fine with me. He was knowledgeable and courteous explaining every step along the way. I ultimately needed a new more efficient a.c. unit. My technician didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need the way another company did this kind of professionalism goes a long way in my book and provided my install goes as smoothly I won't hesitate to use Comfort Services again and will definitely recommend them to my neighbors, family and friends.
