First of all they did a great job. Happy the staff found our furnace was ok. BUT, both young men were awesome. Those kids should be the face of your company. Polite, informed, and professional. And to think, I thought all those traits were gone. Thanks for sending Malcolm and his trainee.

Tech neglected to turn the gas back on before he left. Ok now!

Did a great job, came promptly (near the start of the service window), explained everything and got everything done quickly

Jon arrived and was pleasant as he got down to business. He determined the problem, took a picture and gave me the analysis. All explained to my technical level. I’m sorry I rated my original installers so highly; this furnace was installed on sept 30 and they forgot to switch the gas valve to on. They don’t deserve the 5 star rating. Jon was terrific. Thank you.
